Yes. Each one is a physical graded card (PSA, CGC or BGS) stored in Collector Crypt's insured vault and represented by a token on Solana. The token is what you win. The holder of the token can sell it on the open market or have the physical card shipped to them.
Nothing. You start with orbs, the Bank gives you more every day, and levels and quests pay more. The in-game SOL balance is play credit this season; nobody is asked to deposit anything.
Open your Bag, select the slab, press Withdraw. The token moves from our vault to the Solana wallet attached to your account, usually within a minute, and the game shows you the transaction. From there you can list it on Collector Crypt's marketplace, hold it, or redeem the physical card.
Yes. Sign in with an email or Google account and a Solana wallet is created for you automatically. You never need to touch a seed phrase to play or to hold your cards. If you later want to move a card to a wallet you control, you can export that wallet from the sign-in menu.
By a formula you can read on the How it works page: the orb's value divided by the slab's value, scaled by how good your throw was, capped at 90%. The odds for the exact slab a creature carries are printed on every orb before you throw.
Before any roll happens each day, the server publishes a cryptographic commitment to a secret seed. Your rolls are derived from that seed and your own seed. The next day the secret is revealed, and the P key in the game lets you recompute every roll you made and confirm nothing was changed.
A missed throw can make a creature flee; the rarer the tier, the likelier. Creatures carrying the most valuable slabs always vanish after one miss. Better throws miss less.
No, and on purpose. The creatures on the starting island are practice: they carry no slab, the catch always lands, and it teaches the throw. Real slabs begin on Trainer Isle, one ferry ride away.
The team put up the money for the first slabs, bought on Collector Crypt's marketplace and deposited into the game's vault. After that the vault feeds itself: every Trading Post sale carries a 3% fee, and 80% of those fees are committed to buying more slabs. What spawns depends on what the vault holds, so a creature only appears when there is a slab in its price band to back it.
Not this season. There is nothing to deposit. Orbs are earned in the game, and a missed throw costs an orb, not money.
A rare pale, glowing variant of any creature, about one in twenty-five. Everyone on that island is told when one appears. The slab inside is the same; catching it earns bonus XP and a mark in your Collection Book.
Your trainer, levels, badges and Collection Book carry forward. Slabs are real tokens, so anything you have withdrawn is already yours regardless of what happens in the game.
No. Pocket Slabs is an independent game. Card names and images belong to their respective owners; we hold and transfer graded cards exactly as any collector or marketplace does.
Message @pocketslabs on X. Include your trainer name and, for a withdrawal issue, the card's name.
